Floor Hip Extension 4 25 – 30 10 sec.

Reverse Crunch-legs extended 4 25 – 30 10 sec.

Abdominal Rainbow 4 25 – 30 10 sec.
6
Lying Hip Extension 4 25 – 30 10 sec.
